Notifications abuse, Limited womens BBall support

This app has sent me 6 notifications over the course of the last 4 days to watch the Masters golf tournament. The problem is I have no interest in golf, but there doesnt seem to be any way to disable these notifications. So my choices are to put up with their notifications spam or to disable notifications for the whole app. Ill be going with the second option.

Also, the app has extremely limited support for womens basketball. Essentially, you get kicked to the NCAAs womens basketball website for everything, so no instant box score updates, no notifications, and no way to save your favorite team(s). I understand that it may not be cost-effective to provide play-by-play updates, but I should at least be able to save my favorite team, view a teams schedule (& TV schedule), and maybe get score updates at the end of each quarter and/or half.
